WSP’s Property & Buildings team is seeking early-career Mechanical Designers. You will engage in hands-on design, modeling, and site visits to enhance your technical skill set. This role emphasizes HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems, collaborating with senior engineers and designers for project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Assist in developing coordinated drawing packages
• Calculate HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection loads
• Participate in site visits for construction observation
• Support construction administration activities

Requirements:
• Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma required
• 1–4 years of related design experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Knowledge of building codes and standards
• Strong attention to detail with multitasking abilities
