Become a vital part of Rocky Support Services Society as a Community Disability Services Practitioner. This role focuses on providing essential care to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

You will assist clients in daily living activities, promote their independence, and ensure their safety and comfort. Responsibilities include facilitating recreational participation and providing emotional support. You should possess a compassionate demeanor and strong organizational skills to succeed in this fulfilling position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Help clients with personal activities and meal planning
• Encourage participation in community activities
• Offer companionship and emotional support




• Administer prescribed medications carefully
• Develop care plans in coordination with families

Requirements:
• Compassion and patience are required traits
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Ability to complete required documentation
• Current Criminal Record Check needed
• Class 5 driver's license and proof of liability insurance may be necessary

Deliver dedicated care and support to individuals with disabilities, enhancing their lives in a meaningful way.
