Your leadership will facilitate partnerships and community development while evaluating the effectiveness of outreach efforts. This position plays a crucial role in addressing social needs through comprehensive community-based services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop personal development and informational workshops
• Liaise with agencies for preventative programming initiatives




• Advise individuals on available resources and services
• Conduct community needs assessments and strategic planning
• Maintain client confidentiality in program execution

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or Community Development
• Experience in social services a plus
• Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License required
• Completion of Defensive Driving certificate
• Competence in oral and written communication
