This role requires managing complex projects from planning to execution, emphasizing safety, quality assurance, and operational success. In this position, you will coordinate subcontractor activities, manage financial forecasting, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily construction operations with precision
• Create and oversee project schedules and performance metrics
• Handle contract negotiations and revisions effectively




• Supervise subcontractor coordination and documentation reviews
• Track and manage financial aspects including job costs

Requirements:
• PMP designation is advantageous
