Reporting to the SOCC Manager, the Flight Dispatcher plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of Perimeter's aircraft operations. This position involves daily flight dispatch duties, flight planning, and real-time monitoring. You will be expected to support all operational areas while ensuring compliance with internal policies, providing weather briefings, and mentoring new team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Exercise operational flight control alongside the Pilot in Command
• Prepare daily Operational Flight Plans for 705 flights




• Monitor management software for efficient operations
• Provide weather updates to SOCC team members
• Conduct training and mentoring for new Flight Dispatchers

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous operations or flight coordination experience preferred
• Successful completion of Transport Canada Exams required
• Knowledge of airline management software considered an asset
• Ability to read and interpret aviation weather
