In this full time position, you will support the Cage Manager and Director of Cage Operations while supervising day-to-day functions in the Cage department. Robust leadership and organizational skills are essential, along with experience in cash management and employee evaluations. Your efforts will enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all Cage operations and staff
• Ensure strict adherence to BCLC regulations
• Manage cash assets and daily reconciliations
• Provide prompt resolutions for customer inquiries
• Conduct staff training and performance reviews
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Cage Supervisor is ideal
• Strong communication and analytical abilities
• Familiarity with casino operational standards
• Flexibility for overnight shifts
• Required certifications for GAMW and BCLC
