Set in our Edmonton facility, your mission will be to provide technical guidance, analyze warranty issues, and assist customers with technical inquiries. Implementing process improvements based on feedback, you will drive operational excellence while interacting with engineering and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze warranty and problem reports to create practical solutions
• Assist customers via phone with design and operational concerns
• Review customer specifications and quality reports thoroughly




• Design warranty response plans and additional test strategies
• Conduct field investigations and hands-on support as needed

Requirements:
• Electrical Engineering Technology Diploma or equivalent
• Preferably 2+ years of experience with Powell technologies
• Proficient in understanding 600V to 38kV systems
• Competent in using Microsoft Office applications
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
