Responsibilities

Client Management: Manage and grow an existing book of personal lines business, servicing VIP and high-net-worth clientele.

Client Service: Provide expert advice via phone and email, respond promptly to inquiries, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Policy Management: Handle renewals, remarketing, cross-selling, and placement of Auto, Home, Boat, Recreational, and Umbrella policies.

Business Development: Identify and develop current personal lines business opportunities.

Systems & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC and insurer portals while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Desired Skills

Minimum 3 years of VIP Personal Lines experience required.

Level 2 Insurance License required.

Experience with high-net-worth personal lines accounts.

Proficiency with Applied EPIC and insurer portals.

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

RIBO license and industry designations (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM) considered assets.
