Drive operational risk initiatives as a Risk Management Analyst with Haventree Bank, dedicated to enhancing financial security for underserved Canadians. Engage in risk assessments and manage operational controls effectively.

Reporting to the Manager of Operational Risk, your focus will be on identifying and mitigating operational risks throughout the bank’s services and third-party interactions. You'll work collaboratively to ensure compliance with OSFI and FCAC regulations while also supporting business processes and product expansions. A minimum of three years’ banking experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in comprehensive risk management across COO organization
• Facilitate Business Unit Risk Assessments




• Track and report on operational issues and remediations
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting operations
• Coordinate audits and compliance reviews

Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years in banking or financial services
• Familiarity with risk governance and business continuity
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Comfortable with MS Office and Salesforce
