In this hands-on role, you will build and develop a strong leadership team while ensuring alignment with MEC's values and community focus. Your leadership will directly impact metrics such as sales, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own overall store performance metrics, including sales and profitability
• Lead, coach, and develop the Senior Staff Team
• Maintain high standards for member experience and service




• Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and inventory standards
• Drive community engagement strategies and partnerships

Requirements:
• 5+ years in senior retail leadership roles
• Proven ability to lead and engage diverse teams
• Solid financial acumen with P&L; experience
• Excellent coaching and communication skills
• Passion for outdoor lifestyle and MEC’s values
