With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Financial Services, your insights will drive compliance initiatives and support the development of training materials. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage RCM updates related to legislative changes
• Conduct assessments of regulatory requirements in the insurance industry
• Lead annual self-assessments and testing efforts
• Analyze findings and develop remediation plans for controls
• Support enterprise RCM Risk Assessment activities
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in Financial Services
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong skills in data analytics and risk models
• Bilingual in English and French is a preferred asset
