Key Responsibilities:
• Lead status meetings and production issue resolutions
• Troubleshoot hardware and design modifications
• Manage EMS supplier relationships and transitions




• Document engineering changes and process improvements
• Engage in cross-functional project collaboration

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline
• 5+ years within high-technology manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of electrical design and LEAN principles
• Excellent interpersonal and report-writing skills
• Proven record of cross-functional leadership
