YOUR MISSION As a Recruiter specializing in our driver positions , you will be responsible for actively developing our Class 1 driver talent pool and managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

More specifically, you will: Communicate with drivers interested in joining Transport Bourassa; Conduct telephone and in-person interviews; Assess candidates'' experience and driving records; Present our employment opportunities and answer drivers'' questions; Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process; Organize and conduct road tests when required; Participate in job fairs and various recruitment activities; Collaborate with our operations teams to meet driver staffing needs; Perform other related duties as required. THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR Good knowledge of the realities and challenges of the trucking profession; Comfortable contacting candidates and initiating conversations with them; Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and generate candidates'' interest; Ability to assess candidates and ask the right questions; Experience recruiting Class 1 drivers or working in the transportation industry is a strong asset; Valid Class 1 FM driver''s licence; Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously; Autonomous, professional,
