A minimum of 2 years of insurance experience is preferred, along with strong knowledge of underwriting and property insurance products. You'll be instrumental in achieving individual and team agency growth goals through client engagement.

• Drive sales and service growth in personal insurance • Advise clients on coverage and policy options • Conduct front-line risk assessments per guidelines • Resolve client inquiries and service complaints • Perform comprehensive client reviews on insurance portfolios

Requirements: • OTL license is an asset for applicants • 2+ years insurance experience preferred • Strong knowledge of auto and property insurance • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Time management focused on customer satisfaction
