About the Company Our client, a well-established and recognized regional Personal Injury law firm, is in search of Personal Injury Lawyer to join their growing practice; supporting plaintiff personal injury files including both catastrophic and non catastrophic files related to MVA, Slip & Fall, Dog Bites, Assault etc. the ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and carry files from inception to settlement.

About the Role Handle client inquiries in a skilled manner Maintain client files to ensure deadlines are met and files are processed in a timely manner Preparation of pleadings and other legal documents (Statement of Claims, Notice of Motions, Mediation and Pre-trial memos) Conduct legal research Prepare for and attend examinations for discovery, case conferences, mediations, pre-trials, motions,
