About the Role We''re seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join a dynamic legal team in Calgary.

You''ll provide critical support across corporate and commercial transactions, including incorporations, reorganizations, share transfers, and corporate governance matters.

This role offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to work directly with partners and associates on high-quality files.

You''ll manage corporate minute books, prepare resolutions and agreements, conduct corporate searches, and ensure regulatory compliance across various corporate matters.

What You Bring 5+ years of corporate law experience.

Experience with PCLaw or similar legal software is an asset.
