About the Role This opportunity is ideal for a Personal Injury Legal Assistant who enjoys the organizational and coordination side of litigation support.

The primary focus of this role is file coordination , including obtaining and tracking significant documents and ensuring undertakings are satisfied following examinations for discovery.

You will also be responsible for scheduling key litigation events such as discoveries, mediations, and independent medical examinations, while maintaining accurate calendars and follow-ups.

This is not a drafting-heavy role.

Instead, it is well-suited to someone who is detail-oriented, persistent, and highly organized, and who takes pride in keeping files moving efficiently.





Salary Range $50,000 - $65,000 What You Bring 1 3 years of experience working in a plaintiff Personal Injury law firm Legal Assistant designation needed Experience requesting and following up on medical records, police reports, OHIP, employment files, and other third-party productions Familiarity with undertakings and post-discovery follow-up Experience scheduling discoveries, mediations, IMEs, and managing calendars Strong organizational and time-management skills Confidence communicating with third parties by phone and email A proactive, common-sense approach and the ability to work independently Next Steps If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please apply, in confidence.
