Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and manage check-in and check-out processes
• Perform eye care pre-testing and patient coordination
• Handle billing and payments efficiently
• Assist patients with eyewear pick-ups and minor repairs
• Maintain high standards of customer service delivery
Requirements:
• Previous retail experience beneficial
