Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring a dependable and skilled Equipment Operator for a 5-month contract. This role plays a key part in day-to-day production and is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined and take pride in precision and efficiency.

Contract Length: 5 Months
Location: Toronto, ON

Key Responsibilities

- Operate manufacturing or packaging machinery safely and effectively
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality
- Inspect finished products for defects and adherence to specifications
- Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting
- Accurately complete production logs and shift reports
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications





- Previous experience operating industrial or production machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Safety-conscious with a solid understanding of operational guidelines
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
