Our client is specialized in all aspects of separation and high conflict divorces including matters of Financial and Custody Litigation.

About the Role The role offers an prospect to work along side a distinguished team of lawyers and manage full client loads.

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities: Independent carriage of files; Draft / Review documents, including correspondence, pleadings, mediation briefs, affidavits of documents; Meeting and communication with clients in a professional manner Conducting discoveries, mediations, motions, etc.; Solid understanding and knowledge of matters related to contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child,



and spousal support, as well as property and equalization of net family property; Frequently appearing before the Court of Justice/ Superior Court.

Salary Range $100,000 - $125,000 What You Bring The ideal candidate must have 3+ years experience working as an Associate Lawyer in the family law space; gained within a firm. A portable book of business is a must.

Must be a member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

Must have Strong analytical, research and writing skills along with excellent academic credentials.

Ideal candidate is a self starter and passionate about family law.
