Reference Number: 32113 Jardeg is recruiting an Class 1 Equipment Operator with proven experience operating several equipments to join the Heartland Constructors Inc. maintenance team at Suncor Forthills near Fort McMurray, Alberta.

This is a temporary position starting asap until October 28th, 2026 on a 7 days on 7 days off day shift rotation.

An Equipment Operator will be expected to do but are not limited to the following tasks: Perform work and operate all equipment in a safe and productive way according to all relevant legislation, company and site policies and procedures.

Operate Super B trailers and related equipment for hauling materials.

Ensure proper load securement and compliance with transportation regulations.

Perform pre-operational routine inspections of equipment.

Communicate and review hand signals with spotter.

Demonstrate safe operation of all equipment.

Read and understand the results and purpose of all gauges and equipment.

Properly maintain and service or has equipment serviced daily.

Minimum Qualifications: Valid Class 1 drivers license with clean abstract.
