Our client in Calgary is an industry-leading transportation and supply-chain company, and they are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for the picking, packing, shipping and receiving process to ensure shipments are meeting deadlines.

This is a temporary position for 4-8 weeks with the possibility of extension if you are looking for a great opportunity to get some valued experienced - apply now.

Responsibilities: Responsible for receiving, stocking and replenishing orders; efficiently entering information into database.

Answering phone calls, filing, following up with customers.

Creating freight bills as needed.

Updating and processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Manage customers'' accounts, updating information as needed.

Refer direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resource.

Coordinate between departments effectively.

Other duties as required.

Requirements: 1+ year experience working in an office environment is required.

Previous experience working in a warehouse or order picking would be considered an asset.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).

Ability to meet deadlines with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication,

Good mathematical and analytical skills.

Strong ability to resolve issues and maintain customer relations.

Comfortable Monday to Friday shift from 7:30am 4:00pm.
