Job Title: Quality Technician Job Location: Longueuil, QC J4G 2H9 Job Duration: 4 months on T4 Job Description: As a Production Quality Technician you will contribute to ensure adherence of products to the company s quality requirements.

Reporting to the Production supervisor you will make sure products manufactured at the Longueuil site are meeting our excellence criteria .

Responsibilities Perform Quality Control Inspections: Conduct regular inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.

Testing and Analysis: Utilize various testing equipment, tools, and techniques to perform quality checks, measurements, and analysis of products or processes, and document results accurately.

Document and Report: Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and audits, documenting any non-conformities or deviations found.

Prepare comprehensive reports and communicate findings to the relevant stakeholders Quality Documentation: Assist in the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals.

Help prototype and validate electromechanical products and test fixtures, as per designs provided by the engineering team Execute Durability, Electrical and Functional Validation Testing Activities for component,



module and system level testing of our electronic products Execute test plans for all phases of product testing, using test scripts, test fixtures and manual testing, in collaboration with HW/SW design teams to support validation testing activities Manage Bill of Materials in the company s PLM software (Arena) Requirements Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in mechanical, electronics or industrial engineering, or in industrial automation, or equivalent Proven experience as a Quality or Engineering Technician, or in a similar quality control role.

Able to read and interpret technical specifications, including design drawings and schematics.

Basic design knowledge with either mechanical (Solid

Works, Ansys, etc.) or electrical (Altium, Eagle) design tools, an asset.

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.

Able to work independently without supervision.

Ability to lift/move 50lbs of equipment as required in a warehouse setting.

Able to communicate in French and English effectively.

French mandatory for this position.

Proficiency in using measurement equipment, such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Sheet suite
