YMCA is seeking a YPHD Programmer for the Before & After School program across multiple elementary schools in Halifax. The role focuses on delivering safe, inclusive, engaging programming that supports children’s growth in a welcoming workplace.

Reporting to the Site Coordinator, you will ensure policy compliance, supervision, and smooth daily operations while collaborating with families and community partners to promote wellbeing and learning through play.
