Pinnacle Lifestyles is hiring Guest Experience Team Members for the upcoming summer season. This engaging role involves both guest-facing duties and essential housekeeping tasks that ensure a welcoming setting. Ideal candidates will be active, engaging and ready to assist guests while maintaining resort standards. Weekend and holiday work is necessary to cater to peak guest volumes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and manage an efficient check-in
• Handle reservations online, over the phone, and in person
• Assist in camp store operations and cash management




• Discuss resort amenities and local attractions with guests
• Maintain cleanliness of shared guest spaces and facilities
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of customer service experience required
• Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with cash handling and relevant software
• Reliable and able to perform physical tasks
