CMH is looking for an experienced hospitality professional to support the Lodge Manager. This full-time, seasonal role center on guiding staff and delivering exceptional guest experiences while fostering a collaborative lodge atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing lodge daily operations and tasks
• Direct supervision and mentorship of staff members
• Communicate effectively with management and guests




• Handle inventory and scheduling duties
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and practices
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant work experience in hospitality
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
• Certifications in Food Protected and First Aid
• Familiarity with Point of Sale systems preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
