driving actions and deliverables related to your OEM accounts Serve as the focal point for the OEM and ensure their requests are responded to. Prepare briefings for P&WC; leadership in support of meetings and as necessary for escalation items. Be available during both regular hours and after hours to support your customers’ requests. You will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our Aircraft Manufacturer (OEM) customer programs.
