Located in Kahnawake, Playground seeks a dedicated Security Agent with a flair for hospitality and safety. With at least two years of security experience, you’ll engage with guests, manage safety protocols, and coordinate closely with team members. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to calmly handle stressful situations will be vital in maintaining the positive atmosphere on the floor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage guest entry and conduct ID checks
• Perform routine patrols for safety assurance
• De-escalate conflicts efficiently and maintain order
• Communicate effectively with staff and local Peacekeepers
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid
Requirements:
• 2+ years of security experience required
• Strong English communication; French preferred
• 25 years of age or older
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
