About the Role We are seeking a Corporate Commercial Associate to join a dynamic practice group handling a diverse range of transactional matters.

You will work directly with partners and clients on mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate advisory work.

This role offers significant client interaction, meaningful responsibility on files, and the opportunity to develop a well-rounded corporate practice.
