Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 50 to 60 hours per week Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: No experience (will train) Tasks Load and unload goods Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment Perform brake adjustments Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle Receive and relay information to central dispatch Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Driver''s License (Class 1 or A) Transportation/travel information Valid driver''s licence Work conditions and physical capabilities Handling heavy loads Large workload Physically demanding Sitting Weight handling Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
