About the Role The Field Training Manager’s (FTM) prime responsibility is to ensure the proper training of all current franchisees and the successful opening of new franchised locations. As part of this responsibility, the FTM will assist and support the brand with development and execution of all training processes, systems, and materials. You also play a key role in supporting ongoing restaurant training in the field. The Field Training Manager will report to the Director of Operations of Mr Sub. Responsibilities Certified Training Restaurants: Working with operations, identify, certify & maintain a sufficient number of Certified Training Restaurants to support new franchisee training requirements. Act as the key point of contact for Certified Training Restaurants.



Maintain and update the Certified Training Restaurant criteria as required. Develop/Conduct Certified Training Restaurant ‘train the trainer’ sessions with franchisees and employees. Follow up throughout the course of in-store training to ensure completion of training, reporting and identified action plans. New Franchisee Training: Develop and maintain documentation and master schedules for franchisee in-store training. Develop/Update/modify training schedules for all new franchises.
