You will assist customers in-store and by phone or email, relay delivery dates, stock levels, and promotions, and research products to recommend suitable options. The role requires solid customer service skills, knowledge of HVACR products (hydronics preferred), and 2+ years in counter sales. Forklift experience is a plus; Eclipse order software will be learned on the job.
