Robert Half is partnering with our client to hire an Intermediate Accountant for a hybrid prospect.

This role is ideal for an accounting professional with strong general ledger experience, a solid understanding of month-end processes, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, help maintain accurate financial records, and contribute to timely reporting and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting working papers Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities Maintain general ledger accuracy and investigate variances or discrepancies Support accounts payable, accounts receivable,



and payroll accounting as needed Prepare financial reports and assist with internal management reporting Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and intercompany transactions Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant standards Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and provide financial support
