Our client, a highly respected General Contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a flagship project team supporting one of Canada's most significant infrastructure developments.This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a $1.5B landmark project at the Chalk River Nuclear Research Facility while working within a collaborative Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) environment alongside architects, engineers, and trade partners.About the ProjectLarge-scale project located approximately two hours from downtown OttawaEstimated value of approximately $1.5 billionCurrently entering a critical estimating phase after several years of planning and developmentDelivered using an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) modelComplex facility combining:Advanced laboratoriesOffice spaceFuel research facilitiesNuclear hot cellsApproximately two years remaining on the project, with opportunities to transition onto future major projects thereafterKey ResponsibilitiesLead estimating activities throughout project planning and pre-construction phasesDevelop detailed cost estimates, budgets, and pricing strategiesCollaborate closely with designers, consultants, and trade partners within an integrated project teamAnalyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to identify risks and opportunitiesSupport value engineering initiatives and cost optimization effortsMentor and provide leadership to estimating team membersRequired Qualifications10+ years of estimating experience within industrial, institutional, heavy commercial,
