Data Analyst

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Maths, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field
- 4-5+ years in similar analytical roles
- Proficient in SQL and experience with complex data queries
- Strong analytical and problem - solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights
Main Responsibilities
- Economy and Metrics Insight: Analyze game economies and metrics to understand their interdependencies and drive data-informed decisions.
- Develop models to forecast the impact of changes on player behavior, retention, and revenue.
- Financial and Data Analysis: Conduct financial performance evaluations, revenue forecasting, and cost optimization analyses.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable trends in player behavior and game performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key business metrics to assess the effectiveness of gaming products/features/events, marketing campaigns, and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Take corrective actions as needed based on performance insights.
- Operational Configurations: Manage and execute hands-on configurations within CRM and other operational systems to support marketing campaigns, player segmentation, and feature rollout.
- Initiatives to Improve Main Metrics: Collaborate with the team to optimize acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies using data-driven insights.
- Product Development Support: Provide recommendations to enhance game features and in-game economies based on analytical findings.

- Experience with PowerBI and familiarity with statistical tools and models (R, SAS)
