Essential Job Functions

- Cleans resort units (sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms) ensuring constant cleanliness, maintaining housekeeping standards, stripping linens, replenishing supplies, and cleaning common areas (60% time).
- Maintains positive customer and associate relationships: responds to guest inquiries, resolves issues, and escalates concerns to management, while promoting teamwork and quality service (10% time).
- Ensures compliance with operational, safety, and security procedures (15% time).
- Builds a "Count On Me" culture: responsive, respectful, and supportive to guests, associates, and partners (10% time).
- Performs other duties as needed (5% time).

Travel Requirements

Travel is not a requirement for this position. If off‑site training is required, it will be local and last about half to a full day.

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

- Education : High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Knowledge & Skills :
- Detail oriented with robust organizational skills.




- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment.
- Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Prioritize customer service.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, "Can‑Do" attitude towards guests and staff.
- People oriented, capable of working independently or with others as needed.

- Technical Skills :

- Knowledge of general cleaning concepts, cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.

- Job Experience : Six months related housekeeping experience preferred.
