As the Residential and Leasing Tenant Coordinator, you'll serve as the primary contact for both tenants and property owners. This full time, on-site role involves scheduling tours, processing rental applications, and coordinating lease agreements while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will conduct suite inspections and advise on rental rate adjustments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process suite rental applications and credit checks
• Administer tenancy agreements and renewals
• Conduct inspections before lease renewals

Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in residential leasing
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager software preferred
• Valid Provincial Driver's License requirement
• Strong communication and customer service skills
