NAS is seeking a dedicated Male Disability Support Worker for the CovilleGroup Home. In this role, you'll provide essential support for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and complex behavioral needs through personalized care plans. Your collaborative teamwork will be pivotal in helping clients develop independence and actively engage in community activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emotional and physical support to individuals
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Support community outings and recreational activities




• Follow individualized support plans and behavioral strategies
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
Requirements:
• Certificate in Human Services or related field
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication skills and calm demeanor
• Experience in the human services field preferred
• Comfortable with diverse disabilities and complex needs
