Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to join a rapidly growing liquid cooling technology company in Calgary, Alberta.

This is a full time position requiring onsite presence five days per week.

The HSE Manager will lead the company's health, safety, and environmental programs across multiple facilities, driving a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

This individual will oversee a team of HSE professionals, develop and implement policies and procedures, improve safety performance, and support the company's ongoing growth.

Skills and Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety within a manufacturing, industrial, assembly, or production environment.
• Previous leadership experience managing EHS professionals or safety teams.
• Strong knowledge of Alberta Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations.
• Hands-on experience developing and implementing EHS programs, policies, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Strong understanding of safety performance metrics, including TRIF, LTIF, Near Misses, and First Aid incidents.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations involving assembly, material handling, warehousing, forklifts, or similar operational risks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to build training programs, coach leaders, and drive cultural change. • Experience in electronics manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, or assembly-based operations.
• Experience with COR certification programs and audit processes.
• Familiarity with ergonomics programs and injury prevention initiatives.
• Exposure to electrical testing environments and associated safety requirements.
• Experience with WCB processes, return-to-work programs, and regulatory compliance reporting.
• CRSP, CRST, NCSO, or related EHS certifications.

Experience with EHS management systems such as Velocity or similar platforms.
