About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, providing enterprise-wide financial leadership to advance the organization's mission and long-term sustainability.
This role involves championing financial governance, and corporate risk management, and leading strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, and decision support, and will play a critical role in the modernization of financial systems and processes.

The CFO will also be tasked with strengthening the organization's financial capabilities, supporting informed decision-making,



and ensuring that financial, operational, and risk considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business.

Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, a degree in a related field, and a minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with executive teams and boards, leading financial strategy, and developing high-performing teams.
Experience in financial systems modernization, particularly with SAP, is a robust asset. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of financial and commercial acumen, organizational transformation, and a commitment to the values of the organization, including compassionate care, excellence in serving, and inclusion.
