Key Responsibilities:
- Perform active client recruitment
- Conduct formal needs assessments via structured interviews
- Develop personalized plans using WorkBC services
- Monitor client progress with documented activities
- Ensure timely employment or community attachment for clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or Education
- Experience in career development and employment counselling
- Knowledge of local labour market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Criminal Record Check required
