Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.

Experience in people management.
**Preferred qualifications:**
Experience managing and developing sales teams to deliver results, fostering shared insight and purpose, and promoting creative technologies to key decision-makers.

Experience influencing executive-level clients and stakeholders, and driving results in complex, agile environments.

Understanding of customer business objectives and marrying them with Google and You

Tube's media, measurement and platforms.

Knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Performance, CTV, AI-powered Video), and the key landscape of traditional and digital brand media advertising.

Ability to lead in business/operations management, planning, and systems thinking, aligning strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

As the Head of Industry (HOI) leading the Telco, Media and Entertainment, you will serve as an orchestrator and industry visionary.

You will lead a large,



high-performing team (supported by dozens of cross-functional partners), build C-level client partnerships, and deliver transformative, AI-powered business growth across some of Canada's most dynamic brands.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth.

We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, You

Tube, Measurement, and more.

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Canada: $232000 - $237000 (CAD) + 75% bonus target + equity + benefits

**Responsibilities**
Build, grow and inspire a team of Account Executives, Managers, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions that align with Google's values in driving the strategy that wins durable client growth.

Build and grow productive relationships with C-level clients and executive stakeholders.

Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.

Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.

Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
