In this position, you'll be responsible for planning and administering the Machine Shop and Welding areas while ensuring effective salvage operations. Your daily tasks will include managing salvage velocity, inventory oversight, and supporting internal work orders. Collaborating with production planners, you'll creatively problem-solve and aim for improved salvage lead times and customer fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee salvage velocity and queue management • Handle inventory of salvage and -U parts • Communicate work updates and salvage completion dates • Generate and share plan attainment reports • Ensure operating system accuracy daily

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years relevant experience • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication abilities • Familiarity with CAT products is an asset • Bachelor of Commerce preferred
