Key Responsibilities:



• Support financial modeling for potential acquisition targets • Assist in identifying risks and synergies during due diligence • Integrate newly acquired companies into Dillon's culture • Track post-merger financial performance and progress • Refine existing models and enhance analytical processes

Requirements: • Proven experience as an M&A; and FP&A; Analyst • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication skills and business acumen • Minimum three days weekly in the London office • Drive for innovation and continuous improvement
