As a Senior People Business Partner at Applied, you will develop and deliver integrated talent solutions to continuously improve business results.

Change: Support leaders inmoments of change by building comprehensive plansto confirm and communicate what is changing, why, and the expected outcomes; provide clarity in areas of ambiguity and proactivelysupport engagement during times of change
Insist on the Highest Standards: Continuously improve our standard practices for each of the moments that matter - hiring and onboarding to goal planning, performance enablement, and career development;identifyissuesimpactingteam success toidentifyand address root causes
Own the Outcome: Define successmetrics and guide people leaders to build andmaintainourperformance culture with emphasis on accelerated learning and growth; partner with business leaders and our people team toassess outcomes and refine plans accordingly
Think Big: Influence key initiatives anddriveinitiativesfrom planning to executionin partnership withbusiness leadersand experts acrossthe People Team; rapidlyidentifyconnections across functional teams to adjust course when needed
Invent and Simplify: Proactivelyremove barriersandsimple processes focused on what matters most;automate repeatable processes;influenceinternalpractices bysharing insights and recommendationswith global people business partners and Centers of Excellence(e.g., People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations)Build for Scale: Design durable, reusable resources; embedAI-firstpracticesintosolutionswhen possible; sharepractical toolsto extend the impact from one to many

Expert knowledge of human resource disciplines, including performance management, compensation, organizational development, employee relations, and talent acquisition
Experiencepartnering withleaders acrossfunctional areasto support organizational design,ideally in software as a service with a complex ecosystemofmultiple products, global teams, and matrix structures
Deepknowledge of employment practicesin Canada and the United States with experience addressingemployee relations considerationsacross global locations; ability to assess risks in complex scenariosandexperience partnering with legal counsel to define plans when needed
Demonstratedimpact onhuman resources initiativesduring planning and execution phases; practical experienceembedding AI and automation into the flow of work;experiencebuilding,refining,and/orimplementing AIagents tosupport leadersand team members
Bachelor''s degree or higher, preferably inhuman resources, business administration,or a related fieldwithsupplementalcoursework orcertification(s) in areasofexpertise(e.g., human resources,employee relations,organizational design)- Why?

The total anticipated annual compensation range for this position in Canada includes starting base salary and, where applicable, variable or incentive pay.
