Delivery Coordinator - Honda Red Deer

Due to a recent promotion, Honda Red Deeris looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join the busy team!
This is GREAT way to get your foot in the door to a Sales role!
About the position, not limited to: Complete all New and Used deliveries at the dealership

Full knowledge and explanation of vehicle operations

In control set up for clients Complete new and CPO delivery checklists for every client

Complete second deliveries when required

Introduction and dealership walk around at delivery (Parts and Service)Inspect vehicles prior to delivery (watermarks, footprints, dirty windows)Verify there isn't a Beam Dongle connected to the OBDII Port.

Follow up for second deliveries

Follow up for reviews, surveys and CSIs in order to obtain 10/10s.

Merchandising showroom vehicles and making sure they get charged

Dealership social media content

Checking in transport drop-offs when lot staff is unavailable

Home deliveries and assisting service customers with technology issues

Assisting lot staff with moving cars when required

Plate registrations and organization of Demo vehicles
