It is a relationship role wearing an agent's title.What You'll DoOwn every VIP itinerary, start to finish. You book and rebuild international air, hotel, rail, and car reservations, and you do it fluently in the loyalty programs that matter to the traveler holding the ticket.Protect what's sensitive and keep it compliant. You complete document verification and pre-check for every traveler in your care, advise on entry requirements before they're asked about, and keep every reservation inside the client's policy without being told twice.Anticipate before they ask. You learn each traveler's preferences and hold them across every booking. An air request with a night away from home is an opening to offer the right hotel, not an afterthought.
