Reporting to the Child Safety Manager, you will lead a dedicated Family Services team. Focused on strengthening prevention practices, you will prioritize effective service delivery while ensuring cultural competency and emotional support for both staff and families. Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver day-to-day leadership to Family Services team • Ensure adherence to child safety legislation and policies • Provide daily case consultation and problem-solving support • Collaborate with teams for coordinated service planning • Promote SCFSS policies and standards in practice

Requirements: • Strong knowledge in child protection and family services • Ability to manage high-risk, complex situations • Experience working with Indigenous families and communities • Minimum three years in a supervisory or mentoring role • Clear Criminal Record Check and valid BC Driver's License
