This position would start in August 2026 (continuing position). Application Requirements:

Hold or be eligible for a valid BC teaching certificate Copy of Teaching Certificate Resume Personal Statement of Faith Philosophy of Christian Education Applicants should be committed Christians, adhering to an evangelical statement of faith, and active in a local church Job Responsibilities:

Teach students in a classroom setting, managing their work output in the classroom and behavior on a daily basis. Develop teaching and learning materials for use in class, including lesson plans, exams and homework, homework and projects, and assignments that make use of all student skills. Modify lesson plans and materials as needed to make them suitable for students' current learning levels.



Monitor and track student progress and issue grades. Maintain relationships with parents and legal guardians of students in order to keep them informed of their child's progress. Work collaboratively with other teachers and administrators, including special ed teachers and teacher's aids, to provide individualized support for each student on a regular basis. Collaborate with other teachers in order to share best practices and provide meaningful feedback regularly. Ensure that students meet educational standards and school performance goals for their grade level.
