Your role will involve assessing resident needs and coordinating individualized interventions in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. You will ensure that natural restorative approaches are upheld to support resident dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the integration of restorative nursing techniques
• Facilitate resident assessments for tailored care plans
• Coach and mentor staff in best practices




• Monitor outcomes and contribute to quality improvement audits
• Maintain electronic health records accurately
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in therapeutic recreation or related field
• Experience with restorative approaches in healthcare
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• CPR and First Aid certification must be current
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
